GOLF PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Looking to improve your golf game this winter?
RESERVED TO THE FIRST 15 PEOPLE!
This program is great for anyone looking to maximize their golf game by improving the following:
-Range of Motion-
-Lower Back Strength-
-Flexibility and Mobility-
When: The class will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM.
Saturday mornings we will have screens set up for you to hit in to!
Class will be from 10-11 AM.
February 7th through March 17th
