Optimize Your Body & Enhance the Swing
We help golfers of all ages and abilities gain flexibility, mobility, and strength in problematic areas that impede or restrict the golf swing. We will create a program specifically for you.
KSP Golf Program
Step 1: We will assess/test your body function and joint mobility/stability
Step 2: We will find weaker/imbalanced areas, ex. lower back, tight shoulders etc.
Step 3: We will restore proper range of motion to the body with stretches pertaining to the selected muscle groups and areas of the body.
Step 4: We will build strength/stability to your body.
Step 5: This will allow for a more optimal golf swing for your movement patterns for consistent, repeatable results that limit the chances of fatigure.
