We are pleased to announce our June Member of the Month-Christine W, or Kiki. Kiki has trained with us for quite some time and throughout the entire duration I have known her, she has attacked every workout with her best foot forward. Kiki demonstrates great knowledge with her training and has a great way of listening to her body as it responds to the demands placed upon it. Thank you Kiki for making our fitness sessions that much more enjoyable and always being a great person!
"What I like most about the workouts, is Kyle does a great job incorporating core exercises in every set and making it fun.
My favorite exercise is anything involving the medicine balls and the many variations of carries.
What I recommend to someone new to K.Shan Performance, is to keep an open mind do not give up after the first few weeks. With a good mindset surrounded by other like minded people you will be in the best shape of your life. I am 50 myself, have been working out for 32 years now and am in the best shape now then I have ever been."
