Congratulations to our March Member of the Month-Chuck C! In Chuck's short time with us here, he has lost over 20 lbs! Chuck came in to our fitness center with a willingness to get better and an eagerness to push himself to get the results that he wants. Chuck started out in our Intro Class, but he made it a goal for himself to join up in the Adult Fitness class in as reasonable of a time as possible. He now kicks butt in both and we couldn't be any more proud of Chuck's accomplishments!
Throughout your lifetime, how long have you been working out for and what do you enjoy most about fitness?
I have been working out, off and on for about 10 years. What I enjoy about fitness the most is are the daily challenges and the rewards, not only the weight loss but it infuses positive energy and sound mind.
Since training at K.Shan Performance, what have you learned the most about fitness as well as about yourself?
What I have learned since training at KShan is fitness is essential to lead a healthy life and I have learned to gain confidence in myself and have set goals.
What do you like most about the workouts? And what is your favorite exercise?
What I like most is the workouts are never the same, different routines and activities, I really don't have a favorite exercise, but any exercise that concentrates on the core is challenging!
What would you recommend to someone looking to start training?
If a friend or family member is looking to start training and doesn't know where to start, I would suggest KShan! Why? There is no judgement there, the trainers are awesome and I feel like family when I go to KShan.
