Congratulations to this month's member of the month, Vishwas! Vishwas has really raised the bar for himself in his fitness journey since the New Year has began. His effort in the fitness center each night truly shows in the transformation that he has made with his decrease in body fat % and the weight he has lost. His efforts extend out from the fitness center with the KSP runners club now. Keep up the awesome work, Vishwas, we are all proud of you!
Throughout your lifetime, how long have you been working out for and what do you enjoy most about fitness?
I have been working out from the past 2 years. I enjoy becoming stronger and healthier. Also, fitness has become a stress buster for me these days
Since training at K.Shan Performance, what have you learned the most about fitness as well as about yourself?
I would say, I learnt the importance of health and well-being. It is also important to have inspiring people around just like at K Shan... "Working out smart is the key"
What do you like most about the workouts? And what is your favorite exercise?
The upper body and lower body combo workouts at K Shan is really impressive, these are unique exercises compared to the regular gym routine..My favorite exercise is SB Transfers
