SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM
Spend the Summer Training to get Stronger, Faster, and More Explosive for your sport!
A Positive environment for your child to learn, grow, and stay committed to their health and fitness throughout the summer.
- Programs lead by our Coaches-All of our programs will be lead by our coaches which will supervise and guide your child through the workouts.
- Develop the Consistency of a Healthy routine - If we can help instill in your child at an early age the benefits of health and fitness and taking care of yourself, we can build the foundation for them throughout their lifetime.
- Be Active and Have Fun - We make showing up to our fitness center a fun experience that people want to come back to. We want your child to have fun where its something they look forward to doing each day.
- A Healthy Environment - A healthy environment where a child can learn and set their best foot forward is crucial to their development and maximizing their chance of personal growth throughout the summer.
- Learn Valuable Skills! - We want your child to learn fitness, nutrition, healthy routines, leadership skills, commitment, and dedication. Our goal is not only to help make your child healthier, but, also maximizing their personal development.

Program Details
- This Program is designed for Children 10 to 18 years of age
- This is not exclusive to athletes only, we want children that want to put their best effort forth to becoming better.
- Each session will run approximately 50-60 minutes
- As well as working out, we will cover nutrition, recovery, fitness safety, and leadership skills
Program Offers: Two Flexible Time Options
Monday thru Friday at 11 AM or 4:00 PM
Session 1: June 10th to July 10th
Session 2: July 11th to August 11th
