One of the most underrated concepts in the golf swing is your mobility. With proper range of motion of a joint, we can maximize the output of what we are asking that joint to do.
A Tailored Program Built Specifically for you
This program is specifically tailored for you. We will assess your movement patterns of how your body operates and moves in relation to the swing. From there, we will get you on our simulator to get your starting data. Once we get all of your metrics, you will work directly with a trainer to maximize your time and effort focused around the areas to help improve the biomechanics of your body and swing. We guarantee that if you stick with our program you will increase club head speed and hit the ball further.
Step 1: Titleist Performance Institute Assessment Screening
-Our TPI Certified coach will take you through this assessment
-This will show us how well your body moves in relation to the golf swing and what we need to improve or work on
Step 2: Simulator Assessment
-On our simulator at our facility we will have you go through swings in order to obtain data that we will use as a baseline for you to see how you improve.
Step 3: We will Create a Program for YOU
-Once we gather all of your data and analyze it, we will construct a program built specifically for you where you will come in and work with one of our professionals. With a flexible scheduling system, we will build the sessions around what time works best for you.
Step 4: Reassess and Keep Building
-Typically after 4-6 weeks, we will get you back on our simulator to reassess where you are at and how your numbers have improved. We will show you data from Week 1 and how you have improved.
